We’re named after our mom Mimi, and use her recipes and cooking philosophy: simply the best ingredients, done right. Since opening our first NYC restaurant in 2014, we’ve done things Mimi’s way. We’re also known for fun chef collaborations (Daniel Humm, Dan Barber, Missy Robbins, Peter Luger’s Steakhouse, Katz’s Deli, Kato, Jon & Vinny's, Turkey & the Wolf and more) and have been featured in The New York Times, Good Morning America, The Wall Street Journal, and The Today Show.
